Welcome to your dream holiday home on the enchanting Costa Brava! This magnificent house in Begur offers you an unrivalled experience, with a perfect combination of luxury, comfort and breathtaking sea views.

Located on the prestigious Calle Mas Gispert, number 8, just a few steps from the vibrant town centre, this four-storey detached house will captivate you from the very first moment. Accommodating up to 12 people, it is the perfect retreat for an unforgettable holiday with friends and family.

As you enter this architectural gem, you will be amazed by the lush and spacious garden that surrounds the property. At its centre, you will find a private swimming pool where you can relax and cool off while enjoying the Mediterranean sun. There is also a private parking for your convenience and a wonderful terrace with panoramic sea views, where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets.

The main floor welcomes you with an elegant bathroom equipped with all modern comforts. The kitchen, fully equipped with high-end appliances such as fridge, dishwasher, microwave and ceramic hob, is the perfect place to unleash your culinary talents. Next door, the dining room invites you to share special moments with your loved ones in a cosy atmosphere.

Descending to floor -1, you will discover a cosy and sophisticated lounge, equipped with a Smart TV and a fireplace that creates a warm and relaxing atmosphere. From here, you will access a master bedroom with a double bed, a private bathroom with WC and a dressing room, all with direct access to the terrace. This spacious terrace is the perfect place to organise outdoor barbecues and enjoy unforgettable moments surrounded by your loved ones.

On floor -2, you will find a practical laundry room with washing machine and dryer, which will allow you to keep your clothes always fresh and clean during your stay. There is also an additional bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a private bathroom with WC and access to the private car park.

The third floor houses three charming bedrooms. Two of them have two single beds each, ideal for those travelling in a group. The third bedroom is a cosy suite with a comfortable double bed. On this floor you will also find another full bathroom with WC and a direct exit to the stunning garden.

Genial, casa preciosa y gestión muy buena

Muy recomendable, la casa es grande y espaciosa y tiene una zona perfecta para hacer BBQ, bañarse en la piscina, tomar el sol, etc. Zona muy tranquila, buena gestión por parte de la inmobiliaria :)
