The front desk staff are very kind and friendly. As the residence is built on top of a shopping centre, you will need to take an elevator up to the 6th floor for check in and a different elevator to your room. The swimming pool and resident lounge is on the same floor, hence, the floor is very humid and smell like a swimming pool. The room is very convenient since it is equipped with a laundry machine and a kitchen. It is recommended for long term stay (1 week and longer). Our room is not perfectly clean (ie. dusts on top of the bed frame and water marks/stains in the washroom). The laundry machine is an outdated all in one(washing and drying). We also called the front desk at night to deliver some new towels, but no one came. However, I have a suggestion regarding the breakfast service. It would be more convenient if breakfast could be provided as take-out. Although it is currently prohibited, some guests have been seen bringing their own take-out boxes to help themselves to food, and the staff has even been assisting guests in obtaining to-go boxes. I don't think that's their fault, but the rules need to be rectified. In addition, it would be helpful to have some coffee filters provided in the room since there is a coffee machine available.
