"Staff were helpful, the room was clean and parking was on site which was nice. The grounds around the hotel were quite nice which had many orange and lemon trees loaded with fruit.
Pool was being cleaned when we were there and we would not go into the pool even though staff said that we could. It was quite dirty.
The hotel is about a 20 minute ride into the heart of Coimbra. We would recommend a taxi or Uber since parking is very hard to find in Coimbra.

"Its up on a hillside as most in the valley, and there are a lot of steps, and you need a car to reach the restaurant. The restaurant marked the items that were glutenfree, etc, but had no ready solution for gluten and lactose free. Breakfast was fine. View superb!"
