"Everything is as the name of the house. Its,all about the view. Stunning view of the ocean from the,whole house and magnificent sunsets. The house is comfortable and the pool lovely and even for swimming. The owner is extremely helpful and all his information and tips given were very useful. Many restaurants shops nearby in the area and beautiful beaches. We stayed a week which was wonderful. Would definately like to come back"

"I had such a lovely stay at this cute little studio in Puerto Carrillo. The space was cozy, clean, and had everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. The real highlight was the shared pool—perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach or just lounging with a book. The neighborhood felt safe and peaceful, and it was just a short drive to Playa Carrillo, which is absolutely stunning. If you're looking for a quiet, charming spot to unwind, this is it!"

"Property is amazing and private. The beach access is great as well as the surf. WiFi was fast and much needed since the areas cell signal is abysmal. Roy was great with the check in process and making sure we were updated prior to arriving. Heads up, make sure you’ve got WhatsApp installed prior to arriving. Seems to be the best means of communication with the property. Plenty of restaurants and bodegas within walking distance. We’ll definitely stay again when we return to Santa Teresa."

"We had a wonderful stay. The property is beautiful, peaceful and very well maintained. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and having a kitchen was very convenient. What really made the difference was the hospitality. Jeffry and Oxchild were incredibly kind, attentive and helpful throughout our stay. They helped us organize activities, gave us great recommendations and made sure everything went smoothly, especially when it came to accommodating my grandmother. "SOLO TRAVELER REVIEW OMG where do I even begin. this place is indeed as wonderful as it looks and as amazing as the other reviews state it is. the staff all knew me by name literally within the first day. this hotel has an energy that allows your nervous system to completely relax. the aesthetics, the lighting, the music. as a solo traveler without a vehicle, the shuttle was perfect, it leaves from the hotel every hour on the hour from 8am-6pm and it has I think 5 stops around guiones and playa pelada. I also walked a lot which was fine and took lots of tuk tuks! (local "taxis"). The daily yoga classes were so lovely and grounding, and wonderful for all levels, even beginners. The daily breakfast was great, lots of options, and the included OJ was 10/10. Overall this hotel exceeded all my expectations and thank you to all the staff! Only thing I could say is that I wish the staff had name tags because they all remembered my name but I could not remember all theirs : )"

"We stayed at Casa del Mar to celebrate my mom’s birthday, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From the beautiful beach and wonderful pool area to the spacious bathrooms and incredibly comfortable beds, everything about the property made our stay feel special.The house was beautifully maintained, and the kitchen was exceptionally well equipped with everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals together as a family. The daily cleaning service was another major highlight. Every day we came back to a spotless and neatly organized home with fresh, clean towels, which made the stay even more relaxing.A very special thank you to Zaidy, who was absolutely wonderful throughout our visit. She was attentive, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure we had everything we needed. She even helped us find a birthday cake for my mom and arranged for us to get fresh local shrimp and fish that we cooked during our stay. Those extra touches made my mom’s birthday celebration even more memorable.Between the beautiful setting, the pool, the beach, the comfort of the house, the outstanding cleanliness, and Gaby and Zaidy’s exceptional hospitality, our stay was truly five stars.We left with wonderful memories and are already looking forward to planning our next trip to Casa del Mar!"
