“We stayed at this house with a private pool and had a mixed experience overall. On the positive side, the house was spacious, nicely laid out, and the pool was great. We also really appreciated the flexibility, as we were able to arrive one day earlier on very short notice. “Ruben welcomed us to the house personally then gave us our privacy after that. He answered all questions and requests promptly, but his house was a JEWEL in the Nicoya area. My wife's family is from Nicoya and we have stayed in the area 35 years. Ruben's house WOWED us. It blended into the tropical landscape, was only one floor, but was HUGE. This house was built by a very good architect. The huge doors and all the windows being able to be open pushed a breeze through the entire home. The……
