However it's not a 5 star. It's hard to put a finger on what's wrong cause on personal level you see the stuff works hard. The terriroty is vast, the main beach is long and satisfiying. However if you don't catch a seat early in the morning by 9 am it's hard to find an empty place there. More than 95 % of the guests are from the russian speaking countries, so stuff knows a word ot two in Russian. The wi-fi is good only if you're close to lobby - 50 metres or so and not very strong. So beaches, children's club, amphitheater and disco are out of range. The children's facilities are great! Really! they are clean, the stuff is attentive. There is even a baby sleeping bedroom. Very cute. The room cleaning service remains a puzzle to me. Although they clean daily and change bed and towels, they do not touch anything above floor. Literary, all the empty plastic cups and boxes remained there for several days till I cleaned them.
