“This hotel is very nice, all very modern and clean, the staff very welcoming and helpful, very quiet and secure. It is also fantastically located right in the centre and has good Wifi. The only negative point I experienced was that the TV reception/signal was poor and kept dropping completely, so I didn't use the TV and relied on my own devices.”

“I really enjoyed this hotel. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was great and had lots of options. It was close to the bus stop to get to the mall and Christmas market and short walk to other sites. ”

“The Hotel is very luxury and beautiful, but the staff was not well trained, at least not at the St. Regis standards, in my room there was no laundry bag, no writing pen, no cotton pads. I have to call for everything. It feels like something is missing, hopefully they will mange the property better in the future.”
