“The employees at the front desk were helpful and friendly. The size of the room is ok. The issue is with the breakfast. There were not enough choices, and some choices did not get refilled after they had been totally consumed by the guests. Parking is free, but bear in mind that the carpark is quite small and the road/tunnel leading to the carpark is quite narrow, need to be quite skillful to get in and out, particularly when you have a big car.”

“There was a real problem at the Radisson with the handling of passports. I was part of a tour group and our passports were turned over en masse to the reception desk. We were told to pick them up later. One couple went to the desk to get their passports and were handed all 30 passports and told "to find their own." They could have taken other passports. When I went to the desk to get my passport, I was told, "It's not here." I screamed until they finally found my passport. Not acceptable. Do not……

“This hotel is in the very heart of Belgrade. The area is close to a plethora of good restaurants, cafes, and shopping zone. The hotel has a significant history (which could be presented in a more engaging way). There is a sense of stile and dignity. Parking is close by, as are banks, and all kinds of public transportation (free in this city).”
