The staff were exceptionally nice. The room was clean. Plenty 9f parking. Breakfast was good. But the evening meals were expensive and not as good as I would expect given how much they cost. We had our last meal there and as I'm a vegetarian, I'm limited anyway. They could not adjust I was told as the meals came ready made - so microwave food for £15 to £20. I ended up getting soup.

This is a roadside hotel that is almost a theme park. I loved it. It is getting a little tired in some areas and in our family room the furniture didn't quite entirely fit in the room but it was comfortable, clean, the breakfast was great, and you can get a pretty good view over Loch Ness while you eat it.

"Nice clean hotel, and well maintained grounds, but a bit unimaginative with breakfast options. Not much beyond the fry-up options. Being an old building it was also a bit noisy with squeaky floorboards and creaky stairs."

"Room stunk. Small. Breakfast was pretty below average for most hotels. Lots of nice cafes around. Much better to go out. Parking “reimbursement” is just a voucher for the pub next door so do that we’ll be fore you leave. I’m sure there are better options for slightly more money."

"Room was clean.Breakfast wasn’t so good first day, it was very dried out as if it had been lying out to long next days wasn’t so bad. Staff wasn’t so good a filling up plates n cups for tea n no water for the tea, always had to ask for them.Air conditioning was great."
