The lady charged me for 10.00 for a towel that had dirty marks on it n it was her own floor that made it that way ....it was the floor towel that i used n it got dirty from the floor nothing i did ...

Oxford Suites Bellingham
When we stayed in December the room smelled quite musty. I thought maybe it was just that one time but this time it was musty as well. The staff are always great.

Silver Reef Casino Resort
Staff were helpful and courteous. The spa was great. The ventilation system was poor, you could smell cigarette smoke all through the hotel even though they have a designated smoking room in the casino.
