Massive dock, spacious layout, with room for the whole crew. Set on the wide part of Lake Samish, you are just minutes from town with local hiking, biking, and of course water sports. The yard is beautifully landscaped with a large driveway ensuring plenty of parking for the friends. This house has 4 bedrooms with 2 fold-down leather couches to ensure plenty of sleeping space. Lots of space to socialize and play games. We enjoyed a nice fire in the afternoon followed by a nice walk out to the dock. The deck is large and can fit a big crowd with a great BBQ for cooking. Has four bedrooms with a large master bedroom and ensuite. Four bedrooms made it just right for us. The view is beautiful and some of our crew even did cold plunges in the lake - and then warmed up in the hot tub. The location is about 15-20 minutes from the wedding venue. Close, but a real get-away too. The manager and owners were accommodating and quick to respond when we made a request. It was the perfect spot to host family and friends! We had guests come from Seattle and Bellingham (lots just for the day which was perfect)! The house was clean and had everything we needed. The kayaks and SUP's were great to explore the lake. The house was very clean, we appreciated all the towels available and the great deck, lawn and dock. Hosts were very responsive. If you have elderly or handicapped people in your group you may need to take extra precautions as the living and dining room are sunken and all bedrooms are on second floor, steps to second floor don’t have railings. We managed just fine since we had lots of people to help our dad get around, just something to be aware of. And the Fourth of July fireworks off of the neighbors dock were amazing. Also the step down living room was scary no way of seeing that it was a step because of the floor color. The draw in the kitchen was broken, we love to cook together, not many cooking utensils. The location of the house was great. Our family enjoyed fishing from the dock, boating and kayaking. Thanks for the easy way to tie up the boat and the boat ramp. We had a large group of friends visiting Bellingham for a summer weekend and this house was perfect!
