“This tiny home is adorable and the view of the pond at night with the lights is magical. The host was very quick to respond to any questions we had and made us feel comfortable. Downtown Denison being 10 minutes away made leaving for food or other necessities very quick and easy. We weren't able to enjoy sitting outside much due to the weather, but we managed to see some fireflies at night! Overall, a nice and relaxing stay.”

“Such a cute, cozy little cottage! The guest house was very clean, charming, and decorated so nicely. I really appreciated all the little thoughtful extras, like having ice already in the freezer, bottles of water in the fridge, and even the little cups of coffee creamer. Those are such small things, but they really make a stay feel more comfortable. I also loved having the list of local places to eat and things to do. I always appreciate recommendations, especially when I’m staying somewhere……

“The listing is misleading. The door is on the first floor as is the living areas, but the bedrooms are upstairs. The photo of the bathroom is similar but not the one in this unit. Check in/out instructions and rules were conflicting in places between the app and the emails. It's not "stunning" as the carpet and furniture have some stains. However it was clean, comfortable and perfect for our needs. The bed was very comfortable. Towels were nice and shampoo being provided was appreciated.……
