The apartment was lovely , spacious and clean and had all amenities we needed. The area was quiet and had a suitable garage We had an issue on our first night but was dealt with promptly Sofia me was very kind come to check and make sure we was ok We would stay there again many thanks

Had a great stay at M Suite! The Staff were Amazing from security, front desk, housekeeping, waiters to shuttle driver! Very helpful and welcoming. Special thanks to Mohammed, Redouane and the brunette waitress at the breakfast (my apologies, I did not catch her name, even though she had a name tag on her). I have lived over 20 years abroad with lot of traveling all over the world, and I am happy to see our hotels reach such a great level of customer service. Great location with international and local restaurants. Just be aware the sound pollution might be high if your room is facing the street but it did not bother us much

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ J’ai récemment séjourné dans cet hôtel et je ne peux que le recommander. Mon expérience a été excellente du début à la fin grâce à un service client d’une qualité remarquable. Je tiens à adresser une mention toute particulière à Hamida et Nawel, qui ont fait preuve d’un professionnalisme exceptionnel. Un grand merci à Hamida, pour son accueil chaleureux, sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse. Elle a été d’un soutien précieux tout au long de mon séjour et a su rendre cette expérience encore plus agréable. Nawel a également offert un service irréprochable, toujours avec le sourire et une grande bienveillance. Je n’oublie pas non plus toute l’équipe du restaurant, qui mérite également d’être félicitée. Chaque membre du personnel était attentif, serviable et aux petits soins, veillant à ce que chaque client soit traité comme un roi. Leur sens de l’hospitalité et leur souci du détail font toute la différence. Je tiens à remercier sincèrement toute l’équipe pour la qualité de leur accueil et de leurs services. C’est ce type d’expérience qui donne envie de revenir. Si je dois réserver un hôtel à Alger à nouveau, je reviendrai sans hésiter dans cet établissement. Je le recommande vivement et lui attribue avec grand plaisir 5 étoiles. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
