Beautiful vacation home in an excellent residential area with breathtaking views, just over 1 km from the beach in Benalmádena. The modern and high-quality equipped vacation home has a fantastic terrace, private saltwater pool and lawns with outdoor activities for children.
The pool area offers two different water depths and is therefore ideal for adults and children, who have plenty of space to play in the water.
The golf course 'Torrequebrada Golf' is only 3 km away and will delight all golf lovers. The excellent residential location allows you a variety of excursion possibilities such as Málaga, the Costa del Sol (Fuengirola, Marbella, Estepona etc.) as well as the eastern part of the province with towns such as Torre del Mar, Torrox or Nerja. A crib and high chair are available on request.

Note: The deposit will be refunded on the day of departure after viewing the house. The deposit can be paid in the guest's local currency on the day of arrival at the accommodation.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10.00 per person or bring their own.

Luxury Villa
The Villa was what was advertised, very private and good facilities. there were a few things that need some attention. The air condition units all need a service, the unit in the main accomadationis grossly undrsized and as thus very ineffective. The lounge was unconfortable to sit in during the peak times of the day. The master Suite Bath was out of service and the steps to the mezzanine bed were not easy to access. All in all the villa was very private, a nice location and view and the hosts were contactable and did exactly what they said they would do when they said it. i think charging for Electricity, sheets and cleaning are excessive but i did know about the charges orior to staying. The security deposit was returned without delay when we left the property.

Stort flot hus med den mest fantastiske udsigt over havet, og en stor dejlig pool. Indkøb tæt på. Det eneste minus er højspændingsmast og ledninger meget tæt på.
