“La peor experiencia que eh tenido en 16 años que tengo viajando, eh visitado 33 paise y jamas en mi vida había tenido una tan terrible y desagradable experiencia como esta . Primero el lugar está bien ubicado , pero llegue de Brasil en un vuelo al medio día y prácticamente les rogué que me guardaran las maletas , Ojo ni siquiera pedí habitación por que entendía que del check-in es la 3pm. NOOO solo quería que yo u mi familia ( 5 personas ) estábamos literal en la calle con las maletas. No hay……

“The check in process was all done virtually. No live person, no front desk. Just Face ID, QR codes and numeral codes. It was my first time encountering this process and I had a hard time. I did find my way through the check out process via WhatsApp and communicating with someone on WhatsApp. Once I was able to check in it was smooth sailing after that. The place was immaculate and the views from the 7th floor were great. Good experience overall. I’d stay here again, now that I know how a virtual……

“No hay staff presente en el lugar y el WUp de contacto lo contestan con gran demora , lo que produce sensación de desamparo , especialmente si llegas de noche. Se entra al edificio con código QR , a la habitación con una clave numérica que te envían al WUp , se siente inseguro y no pudimos bloquear la cerradura por dentro. El desayuno es en la cafetería de la esquina , pero recibirás la información bastante tarde y sólo si la solicitas. Por la mañana no salía agua caliente en la ducha y se……

“The check in process is unaware of traveller’s usual challenges. It assumes they have data, local currency, and intact mobility to walk a block to pick up a key with their luggage.The property is nice enough but in desperate need of simple improvements that would upgrade the traveller's experience. The door handles are stiff, the toilet seat of the lowest plastic quality, towels/toilet paper were minimal, lamp bulbs were missing.... It was a long list of small details what let this property……

“Camera pulita, ordinata, essenziale, ampia, le foto non corrispondevano all'appartamento fornito, ma tutto sommato adeguato all'esigenza. Siamo stati 3 notti durante la Semana Santa, al principio la rete wifi non funzionava, hano tentato di sistemarla, poi ci hanno fornito le credenziali di un'altra rete, questa volta funzionante. Posizione ottima per vivere Palermo. Forse mobili e finiture da ristrutturare, soluzione con un buon potenziale e buon rapporto qualita' / prezzo.”
