Beautiful house and location
This house is beautiful! Back patio looks onto green space. Has a hot tub, Trager grill, and Blackstone. Garage has many bikes, ping pong,and foosball. But no tools, table needed tightening to be able to play. Ping pong paddle covering was unglued and flappy. Inside ,the kitchen was very well equipped! So many different sparkling clean glasses for every kind of drink! Very impressive. Living room was very echoing. Needs a big area rug to deafen that some. Upstairs shower didnt work, but all beds very comfortable! We had a 1 year old crawling, and his hands, feet, and knees were black from the floors. We all had to wear shoes or have black feet. I called the property place, and within an hour, they were out remopping floors, and fixing what they could. I would rent this house again in a heartbeat!!

Wonderful Family Getaway
My wife and I had a wonderful Spring Break stay with our 3 kids and 2 grandparents. Plenty of comfortable space for everyone. Beautiful property and amenities. This is a great house!

Excellent home away from home . . .
The property did not disappoint! We were supposed to have seven total people, but two had to cancel at the last minute, so there were only five of us. The home allowed us each to have the space to work and/or do school work in private areas. The owners have thought of everything from movies to board games to books and some much more. The location was fantastic and very safe. Our family enjoyed our time in Sunriver. We stayed at a different property previously, but would opt to stay here again instead. I texted several colleagues the property’s information and two of them are making plans to reserve this home as well.we hope it will be available for our next trip!

We loved this house!! Lots of room for people to have privacy and great open spaces for gathering. The kitchen was so well stocked with all the things you needed to make some great meals. We’ve been coming to sun river for many many years and this is one of our favorite properties

We enjoyed our stay very much! As far as location, we usually stay a little closer to SHARC and the village but that would not stop us from staying here again. Only other thing is the house does echo so early risers or late night activity was heard easily. Would definitely rent this house again!!

Good House, Could be Great
Our family of 5 booked this house recently for a 5 night stay. There are some minor things that the owners really need to address: the fans don't work in the bathrooms, we had a toilet seat that wasn't connected to the actual toilet upon arrival, it was generally low on supplies in the kitchen and we needed maintenance to bring us Traeger Pellets as there was no supply. Most troubling was the water heater which was reviewed already on VRBO on Feb 2023 as problematic, it's still a big problem. We lost hot water twice during a 5 day trip which means for 40% of the trip we had ice cold or lukewarm showers. For this we received a modest $200 credit. One positive is that the house is perfect sized for a family of 5 or more even and the backyard is great, the bikes and garage are all good too. If the house were invested in, it'd be a great place to stay in. The Arrived maintenance/customer support was 5-star, they were very responsive however I got tired of having to text them.

Outdoor patio was the highlight
If you are looking for a place where you can grill, sit on the patio and just relax then this place had it all. With the blackstone hooked up to the natural gas we didn't even use the Traeger. We ended up only eating out 3 or 4 times during the week due to how well the kitchen and patio were setup. The place has plenty of bikes with an attachable tandum kids bike as well as a kid buggy. Ping pong table was great for our kids and their significant others. The only ding on the place was that the floors were not cleaned well. The house called for no shoes but we had to wear shoes/socks due to this. The owners were SUPER responsive and offered to come fix right away - we declined as it wasn't a huge deal. The house gave a great 'get away' vibe and we were overall very satisfied with our stay. We sat in the hot tub each night and gazed at the stars, it was peaceful.

We had a great time. Flew our elderly parents out from Connecticut. Great set up for a family get together. House was clean and beautifully decorated. Having the master bedroom on the ground floor was a plus. Will definitely book this house again. Highly recommended.

Spacious north Sunriver home
Our two small families had a great time at this Sunriver home over the Presidents Day weekend. The kids enjoyed the foosball and ping pong tables. The kitchen is well stocked making any meal a breeze. Long days carving turns at Mt Bachelor were followed by relaxing in the hot tub. The house is spacious with a large master and bath, which is also the main access to the hot tub. The bunk room is great for kids. There were a few missed areas by the cleaning service, which is why we didn’t give 5 stars. We also had the tankless water heater fail during our stay but the management team had it fixed right away and wasn’t an issue.

Great place with EV charger issues initially
Place was great. Huge master bedroom. Loved the hot tub. Open living/dining room with kitchen make a good place for family friends to gather. A big reason on why we picked this place was the EV charger but unfortunately the EV charger did not work upon arrival. With plans to go to Mt Bachelor the following morning and arriving with a low charge this made for a stressful first night/day. It was fixed the following day but double check on this before you arrive and might be worthwhile to arrive with as much charge as possible. EV charger worked the next day and it cost $30 for ability to charge for a 24 hour period.

Awesome House
This was a great house for our group of friends to get away from our daily activities. there are a lot of activities for all ages. we particularly loved riding bikes through the path and seeing all the wild life up close. The house was really clean with lots of toys and games for the kiddos to enjoy. Contact with property owners was minimal, which I really liked. They sent me everything I needed to know through email ahead of time and how to get a hold of anyone if I needed to and let me be. I really enjoyed my stay and would defiantly rent this house again.

The home is located in a quiet higher end area of the resort and is the cleanest vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in. The layout is very convenient and the home very well stocked. Communication with Artived was excellent and they were very responsive to questions. We loved staying here and would definitely rent this property again.

Well equipped home with lots of room.
Three generations joined together at this property to share a few days of summer vacation. The 10 SHARC passes we important to our activities, and the bikes in the garage were icing on top. The house is well equipped and appears to be well maintained. There is a smoker and large griddle, but no grill. We managed with the griddle, but would have like a grill, too. There is no whole house A/C, but with cool evenings and proper management of windows, we could maintain a cool house through most of the day. Upstairs, there are some room A/C units that helped with the early evening heat, and no one complained in our group. Overall, we really liked the size and features, combined with a very affordable price point. Thank you.
