This Sunriver home is immaculate and artfully decorated. There is even a hot tub and four passes to SHARC!

Located close to the Village at Sunriver, plus restaurants, lodge, pool, marina, stables and Nature Center, this is the ideal location. This lovely condo is decorated in vintage Russell wood furniture. The downstairs bedroom has a king bed and the loft has a pyramid bunk. There are two full baths, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room and newly decorated. This home sleeps five guests.

The living room with fireplace will be a favorite gathering place. Whether you prefer days filled with activity or a schedule somewhat more relaxed, you'll find everything you desire at Meadow House 11. Watch a movie on the TV, or prepare a meal in the full kitchen, which has a coffee maker and dishwasher. There's a washer and dryer, as well as WiFi, for convenience.

Spread a blanket and picnic on your back lawn and enjoy your oversized hot tub to stargaze with your favorite person. Truly a dream come true, the Meadow House Condos will call you back time and time again.

Very old dated rugs, Not much to do, SHARC indoor pool not open, detours to get to house, Lava caves not open, faucet in bathroom shower was falling apart, livingroom furniture very uncomfortable. Need to bring filters & coffee for pot, no Keurig.Location was good, bed comfortable.

Walking distance to Sunriver resort
We enjoyed our stay here. The unit was clean, and well equipped. We really enjoyed the wood fireplace equipped with a gas log lighter. We really liked the look of the rustic furniture but the seats in the living room are extremely uncomfortable (we spent most of our time sitting at the kitchen table instead) and the TV is small and of poor quality. We were excited to visit the SHARC facility but found it offers very limited times for indoor swimming in the winter months so we were not able to use it. I think we'll return to visit in the summer months but unfortunately will probably rent a different unit that has more comfortable furniture.

Get Away
I had a relaxing time at this property. It was clean and ready for my visit. Easy access and great WiFi. A little outdated and showing some signs of wear and tear, chipped cups. Downstairs bathroom dark and wash cloths/towels thin. Next time I would bring my own. But it would not stop me from renting this place again. Loved that I could turn the heat down at night and sleep in a cool room. Kitchen well stocked.

When we arrived the lighting was dismal making challenging to see where to park. On the inside the carpet was pretty worn down in fact at the entrance the nail board was showing with about 1" gap between the carpet and the entrance floor. The living room furniture was very uncomfortable to sit in. The back of the sofa and chairs were really low making it hard to relax and lounge. The lighting in the bathrooms were dismal as well making it challenging for my girlfriend to put on her makeup. I did like the rustic furniture however. I would not stay at this property again and would not recommend it to friends and family. It is in dire need of upgrades and new carpet.

The condo was nothing like the pictures, it was old an out of date. The cabinets, counter tops, and flooring are old an need to be replaced. The furniture was extremely uncomfortable, the internet only worked part of the time. We will not be staying in this unit again.

Loved the location for walking and biking. Parking extremely limited, needed to use village parking. Nice decor and equipped with everything you would need in the kitchen and laundry room! Screen doors and lining on bunk bed need repair. We had a great time.

Second time at Meadow House 11
We really like the location of this property, being close enough to The Village to walk to it in 10 minutes. Also, the bedroom on the main floor with the King bed is great. They got a new stove, which is great. Could use a real good carpet cleaning and/or replacement of the carpet on the main floor. Lighting is insufficient in all but the kitchen. Love the hot tub. Would stay again.

1960s and dated
We booked this property because of the private hot tub, rustic furniture, smaller square footage and the nearly 5 star reviews. Upon entering there was a strong musty odor and we had to leave all the windows open for the first day to air it out. The rustic living room furniture definitely felt rustic and was extremely uncomfortable to sit on, especially being 7 months pregnant. Fortunately, the king size bed was comfortable and after a decent night’s sleep, we woke refreshed to notice an improvement to the smell of the house. Going to the kitchen to start breakfast, the 1960s stove would not turn on. After spending about 30 minutes looking for a switch, reading the binder and even googling the instruction manual, I had to call Vacasa for assistance. Stephanie was helpful and said she would send maintenance over. Johnny from maintenance called 30 minutes later and tried walking me through how to get it working saying, “this stove is very old and I get calls about it all the time.” Unable to resolve it over the phone he said it would be about 30 minutes and he would come take a look. He was very polite, professional and friendly when he arrived. It ended up being the circuit breaker switch was turned off. All in all, it was about 2 hours before we could begin making breakfast which is not ideal for someone who again is 7 months pregnant. It would be extremely helpful to include troubleshooting information for the stove in the information binder, I would also include in that, checking the circuit breaker because had we thought to check this, we would have been able to start cooking much sooner. After eating, we jumped online to try to find a hike for the day and found that the internet kept kicking us off about every 2-5 minutes. It was such a hassle that we decided to just search while in the car. All in all, the location is great and the home was clean but we wish we would have sprung for a location with more up to date amenities.

Adorable Condo, but had to call maintenance a lot.
The condo is adorable, and there are tons of extras provided like puzzles, dishes, towels, etc. While we were there the wifi wasn't consistently working, and maintenance wasn't able to find the router at all. The hot tub broke at one point, but was fixed the next day by maintenance. We had issues with the stove and oven as well. We weren't able to get a hold of Maintenance at all in the evening, so the food we bought to cook in the oven was all wasted. I emailed Vacasa about all of the things that broke while we were there, and I never heard back from them. We loved the Sunriver area, but we probably won't rent this condo again. Outdated appliances that keep breaking make for a not very relaxing vacation.

Great location but needing updates
Location was close to shops and SHARC and great for family of four. Stove needs new nobs as they are currently unreadable. Bathroom tub has slow drain and poor lighting. Furniture is not very comfortable and available bikes were poorly maintained and dangerous and there were no helmets. Stayed there for two weeks and VACASA would not even supply extra toilet paper. Be careful when dealing with them and check their BBB reviews.

Cleaning needed
We overall enjoyed the condo, the furniture and location were great. While much of the flooring, appliances, etc. appear to be original to the condo a few items make it feel dingy and unclean. The carpet, particularly between the kitchen and dining room is filthy. It probably is due for replacement but cleaning would help. The track in the sliding glass door leading out to the hot tub is extremely grimy. The bathroom lighting is terrible. I'd suggest a stronger bulb, vanity lights would be even better. The comforter in the master bedroom and matching valance appear to be 1980's thrift shop leftovers. They're faded and don't give a clean feel, I think updating a bit would go a long way into making the place look clean and tidy.
