Great location

Easy walk to both Farewell Bend and the old mill District. Perfect spot if you're heading in town for a show at the amphitheatre. Took a star off for cleaning because the grill was beyond caked in grease. Simply turning the burner on to warm up the grill started a grease fire large enough I detached the propane tank. Inside the house was perfectly clean but the outside area could use some TLC.

Relaxing stay

Check in was easy. House was as it said it was in the add. Owner was easy to talk to with great response time. My husband and I along with three teenagers and our little dog. The house was a perfect fit for our family.

Great Location

Easy walking distance to Old Mill Shopping Center and Deschutes River Trail. Kitchen was very well stocked. House was clean and beds were comfortable. Back door lock was tricky. Ice maker and water dispenser on fridge didn't work. Upstairs TVs didn't work. A few jet adjusters on hot tub didn't work.

Fantastic Bend Weekend

We loved our stay at this spacious property, complete with a full kitchen, BBQ, hot tub and fire pit. Just a short walk to the Old Mill District and its walking trails. We can't wait to stay here again!

Perfect getaway to celebrate mom’s70th

Super clean, convenient location, and everything we needed to have a great time with my mom celebrating her 70th birthday! They do need to purchase a new wine bottle opener as theirs was broken, but other than that everything was great! Will definitely stay here again.

Terrific location and well designed townhouse

The property manager is easy to work with and responds quickly. The property is designed to be spacious and light filled. There is a small park just down the street that is perfect for pet owners. The property is well stocked and the location puts you a short walk to the Mill District. We will come again!!

Great location for a terrific townhouse!

Came to Bend with Hubs to see Noah Kahan with my 3 adult kids and their significants. This townhome was absolutely perfect… a quick walk into Old Mill, and a perfect setting to make family memories. Having just been to South Africa, the decor was so welcoming, and the kitchen was well stocked for family meals together. The only tip I’d give to those staying here is to BYO pillows if you are picky… Overall a great stay and a rental I’d happily return to! Thank you!!

Just the Right Condo

This condo was very very nice and in a perfect location. Our family seriously enjoyed the stay. Close to the path to the Mill District if you want to be out and about. Just as comfortable with hanging out in the living area and enjoying the change of scenery. Only mishap was that we were not given the complete code to the house. Two numbers were missing, therefore we had to contact the Property Management company to assist. Thank you! This was so much fun.

Overpriced for Stay

The rental is overpriced. The house was pet friendly but not clean. Lots of dog hair in the carpet, spiderwebs, and dirt. Blinds are a mess. No cleaning products provided so we could not clean what they missed. Also, no grass in the backyard for a dog. Condo is on a busy street so taking our dog to the restroom was a process. Lots of neighborhood dogs also used the grass. Garage is located in the back and it took us a bit to figure out how to get there. Finally a few rules are provided at check in that are not in the listing and that is a big no from my perspective. They should be upfront and honest before you make the reservation. Would not recommend this condo.

Cleanliness Unsatisfactory

We loved the location and setup of this rental, however, upon arrival, realized that it had been cleaned but not to any kind of standard. Crumbs all over the floor, baseboards that looked like they had never been wiped down, cobwebs everywhere, dirty dishes pulled out from the cupboard, dirt filled hot tub, burnt out lightbulbs, horribly dirty air filter and dust caked fans/lights. We contacted the property manager and she was instantly defensive, saying we had choked in early (which we did, about 30 minutes because everything was unlocked and open) but that it’s our fault because the “inspector” couldn’t come over and fix those things and would have. It was clear that the cleanliness standard is not up to par, the manager was unwilling to work with us and in fact tried to get us to leave instead, and overall just didn’t care about charging good money for a less than rental.

Comfortable place for 5 adults….clean, roomy, great location for walking to The Mill venues, and cars were off the street in garage. Found exception to 30 charge for use of hot tub, which was not disclosed until I went to make payment. That should be part of the price as it’s part of the property. Apparently not many use it as patio area was neglected. Tub itself had lots of dirt and cobwebs which we cleaned before use and was left clean.Feel 15’ leniency at checkout would help leaving less stressful. We were rushing and feel bad we forgot to leave cleaners a tip. They do a good job.Was first time using this kind of stay. Would do more research before booking, but glad it turned out well.

The house is dated and not the cleanest. The carpets need to be replaced and the beds/bedding is very dated. The hot tub was extremely dirty and the jets didn't work. There was no water from the fridge or ice. There is not netflix/amazon etc just basic cable with a very old tv and hard to use.

Mostly good stay

The layout and location are great but there are a number of things that are in need of replacement like the carpet and towels and there are some minor repairs needed throughout the property. A few updates and a little more TLC and I would've been able to give this property a higher review.

Just what we needed!

This was a great stay for our family of 4 plus a dog. Not fancy but totally met our needs with plenty of space for all. Master bed and bath are big and the other 2 bed/baths do the trick. There is fully enclosed outdoor space. The location was an easy walk down to Old Mill shopping and movie theater, and 30 minute drive to the mountain. Only cons are lack of any games/puzzles/etc but sort of our fault for assuming they would have some and we didn’t bring any. Also thr TVs with multiple remotes and no instructions for a bit frustrating. The one in the main room has basic cable and Prime, but it would be better if it were a smart tv to link into our own Netflix/prime/etc or at least screen mirror. We couldn’t get the 2 in the bedrooms to do much of anything (but that could be user error because there were multiple remotes with no instructions). Overall not a dealbreaker and we’d likely stay here again.
