We had a wonderful stay. The host was friendly and welcoming, and kindly provided wood for the fire. We loved that it was dog-friendly, and the fresh eggs from the chickens were a fantastic breakfast treat. The place was clean, cozy, warm, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended!

Perfect place to stay with a dog, with plenty of space to run around, all fully fenced. Loved the outdoor area where I spent hours writing, having coffee and listening to the birds. The hosts told us how to walk to the local lake, and we loved it. Great place to explore Bendigo, with the city centre only ten minutes drive away. We enjoyed lots of food left for us by the hosts, including delicious eggs from the local chooks. Would love to be back.

Lovely quiet cottage. Pet friendly although we didn't have a pet with us. Lovely to watch the chickens just doing their thing and they are so happy if you give them some greens. Very relaxing and comfortable. Communication with hosts was excellent. Lots of thought put into the cottage being very welcoming by the hosts. Would definitely stay there again as we have found there was so much more to see in Bendigo than we had allowed time for.
