Located on the 3rd floor (with elevator), it comprises an attractive 23 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette and a bathroom (with shower). Wifi, sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you! The apartment comprises \- A 23 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area \- A sleeping area with 1 double bed (140×190) \- A fully-equipped kitchenette with electric kettle, oven, microwave, hob... \- Bathroom with shower and WC (shower gel and shampoo supplied) The apartment is ideally located in Benerville-sur-Mer, in very pleasant surroundings. You can enjoy all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Activities : Close to Deauville, Honfleur, Étretat, Cabourg, the D-Day landing beaches and Mont St Michel. Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you can park in the residence's private parking lot, secured by a digicode gate. For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful: \- Nearest train station: The nearest train station is Deauville-Trouville, about 10 minutes away by car. \- Nearest airport: Deauville-Normandie airport, about 20 min by car. Other notes: \- Free WiFi available (fiber optics) \- Bed linen and towels included \- Pets accepted, for a supplement of €15/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking. \- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors.
