The toilet would not flush. It was reported. They sent someone to get it to somewhat drain. The tub faucet handle fell out when turning water on or off. The switch to change water from tub to shower head was jammed.

9/10 Wonderful! (2,157 reviews)
Treat yourself, enjoy this Gem of a hotel. At the price point, this hotel is more than a bargain. Elegant beauty with timeless charm located within walking distance of many venues in downtown Omaha. Gated parking adds value for this hotel treasure. Friendly staff and additional no-cost perks that welcome their guests. There is a perfect balance of amenities for business travelers to wedding venue. I highly recommend this as a destination, more than a room with a bed. You are pampered giving you that soothing feeling of pleasure and relaxation. Put this as a destination for your next visit to the area. Your only disappointment would be not staying at this home away from home.
