Breakfast options were plenty, we always arrived toward the end of the breakfast time and we had still had all the food available to us. Staff was friendly, maybe didn’t understand what I said when I asked for the main women’s bathroom near the pool to be cleaned. We stayed for 4 nights. It was dirty as if someone had cut their hair (long hair all over floor, counter, and some in garbage can) from the time we arrived until we left. After two nights I mentioned it to front desk staff and they said they would take care of it, but it was still in the same condition the next couple days. Otherwise, pool, elevators, and hallways were clean.

Hotel was nice overall. Staff was very friendly, room was beautiful however our room was hot and located by a service entry so multiple times we were woken by a slamming door. I’m not sure if the AC wasn’t working correctly or if it couldn’t keep up but we were a little warm. Also, parking is slim next to the hotel and they do not offer valet. There is an old city parking garage across the street that was super sketchy, but it was free. This was our first time here and will likely be back and try again.

Room was clean and spacious. Staff was nice. The please is definitely business friendly. The Olive and Iras dinning experience was excellent! Would definitely recommend for anyone traveling to Omaha.

The service is excellent Tony de front manager have the best customer service . I recommended this place for everything and more for the excellent service .10/10
