This was our first time statying at the Drury and we loved it, the room we selected was roomy and well maintained. We would have liked to have trach can liners as we have a 3yr old and have lots of mess at times. But the staff were always helpful and the kitchen staff were excellent. Always had smiles and always friendly. We will be back.

Worst front desk service ever. The woman at the front desk speaks English with a strong European accent that is very hard to understand, and she was extremely rude to me. Because the $100 check-in charge was on a credit card that was not in my name but in my mother’s name, she made me call her and ask for the last digits of the card. It’s absurd to expect someone to know the last digits of someone else’s credit card. She kept interrogating me about why I didn’t have a credit card in my own name. On top of that, the valet parking was a complete mess with the cars. When I finally got into the room, the air conditioning was blowing hot air and making a very loud noise. I will never stay at this hotel again. For that price and this kind of service, it’s much better to stay somewhere else. Worst experience
