“We had a great stay even though river was out of banks and lots of rain. But with 3 teen age girls & 2 couples,2 uncles and one grandpa I’m glad we brought air mattress. The place was unbelievably clean. all of us can’t wait to go back.”

“This cabin is very basic, tight space. 1 room with 2 twin beds and 2 full/queen beds, small sink, small fridge, microwave, hot plate for cooking, and tiny bathroom with toilet & shower. Met our needs for the weekend to fish. beds were comfortable. communication with property manager was fast and accomodating. They were available to help immediately upon arrival with help finding the cabin & minor cleaning needed. perfect for small family and a step above tent camping. We would stay here again.”

“A very lovely place to stay. We loved having an outdoor pen for Scarlet, our pup. A little less guilt while we went fishing and she got to enjoy the outdoors too. Everything was well stocked and very clean.Thank you to our host for a wonderful long weekend. It is a little bit farther from Bennet but it was well worth the drive.”

“We had the best week at this heavenly hideaway. This place is peace and quiet personified. Fishing on the lake was amazing, and we enjoyed every aspect of our stay. Cindy and Johnny were wonderful hosts which made our experience all the better. We will definitely be back. ”

“We were looking for a peaceful place to relax and this property was perfect. Check in/out was easy and the place was very clean. We lovesd hearing the river flow from the 3 decks on the house. We highly recommend a stay at this place if you're looking to relax and unwind.”

“Nice cabin and lot. Very good private access to Niangua River. Road to property off paved road not as bad as some earlier posts, typical of the area. Excellent communication with owner, she replied to all my emails within hours/minutes. All in all, very satisfied, would stay there again.”

“Great experience! We were a party of 6 that had a quick get away to relax, float the river, and enjoy life. Two parents and 4 adult kids (18-21 years old). I expected the river float to be the highlight of our weekend. It was not!! The best part was being at the cabin. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck and having corn hole tournaments. I did not expect that at all. After corn hole we sat inside and played games. Best quick get-away for us. The hosts were very awesome! Always responsive to us……
