"It is not a four star hotel. Few amenities in the rooms, if any. No fridge, no mini-bar, no coffee making facility in the room; no comfortable seating in the room. Some staff were great, others were miserable. The internet was okay, TV okay, food was pretty good. They advertise laundry services but they should advertise, "Laundry available hit and miss". "I love almost everything about this hotel. It has a beautiful wellness centre, a great gym, a very good restaurant and a really comfortable, funky lobby. It’s in a wonderful location across from the train station and a short stroll to all the shops and restaurants. The staff are great…friendly, helpful and very professional. Daily room service was not great. Used drinking glasses were never removed, no tissues, bathroom counters not cleaned. Also, lack of storage is a problem. The rooms seem newly renovated but they did not add any shelving or room for toiletries. However, I would highly recommend this hotel. It’s close to perfect. I will stay there again when i visit family in Arnhem."
