So we had one room less.Second it just wasn’t clean. Dirty floor, dishes and bedsheets. Also there were spiders and cobwebs and we found mould. So we had another room less. For 8 people. Which was too small then. We told the manager, and the only thing that was offered was, that the cleaning team comes „again“. Probably they weren’t there in the first place.
