"Although the host is helpful and accommodated my early check in request. The apartment didn’t had a control for the AC and if there was any we didn’t feel it and the apartment was hot. The parking was shared and the other guest waked us up at 6:30 am so we could move the car. The apartment floors had a type of oily substance that smelled like dog pee/chemical/old sweat (could tell the difference) and was dangerous with my slippers-I slide twice. "My family and I took my father to Cologne for the weekend and stayed here. The owner communicated with us very well and we loved the location of the property. The only recommendations I would have is to have some sort of check-in/check-out sheet at the property with pertinent information on it. As well as map with areas to park your vehicle. Other than that our stay was great and would definitely book again. "
