Genel olarak güzel bir otel. Bulunduğu konum gayet iyi. Çalışanlar çok ilgili. Ancak otel 5 yıldızlı otel koşullarını sağlamıyor. Örneğin oda içi kitler, içecekler vb çok kısıtlıydı. Kahvaltının açık büfe olmasını beklerdik. Çok çok kısıtlıydı. 4 gece konakladık ancak akşamları restaurantta bir şeyler içmek istediğimizde otel müşterilerine öncelik verilmiyor, uzun süre beklemeniz gerekiyor. Yaşadığımız bir diğer olumsuz olay ise kahvaltıda masada unuttuğumuz bir evrakın kaybolmasıydı. Evrak çöpe atılmıştı büyük ihtimalle ancak kimse bize yardımcı olmadı. (Evrağın biz kalktıktan sonra masada olduğunu gösteren selfielerimiz mevcuttu) genel olarak ortalama bir otel.

Perfekte Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, Essen sehr geschmackvoll - aber…. Kein Business Center, kein Meetingraum. Also für eine Businessreise nur bedingt geeignet.
