The location is good,not far from underground or main station(alexander plates). The room was the right size and a shower area ok. Theres a choice of restaurants around and shopping areas for your needs. My first time in Berlin.

Clean, quiet and close to Alex.

I had a great stay at the Greet Berlin. Friendly staff, clean and very quiet. Its an old hotel and been touched up which you can tell. Its very near Alexanderplatz, and close to both U-ban and S-ban. I can easily recommend this to my friends, and would have no problem staying at Greet Berlin again.

Great Hotel

Great location. It was quite warm in our room, so we had to sleep with the windows open, which was noisy. Other than that, the staff was extremely helpful & attentive and overall we would stay here again.

It is a convenient location, and the property is okay, might need a little maintenance. It can get noisy as you can hear people talking and closing doors etc. Some staff members were not very approachable though.

The hotel is overall not bad. Staff is also good. But the hotel is very old, there’s only one elevator but still very slow and old( It takes 5 minutes to go down/up. And the room’s heating system doesn’t work well, rooms are cold. Not recommended for long stayings. Only for short stayings could be good. Staff is really nice!

The room was extremely small. I had two suitcases with me as I was traveling back to the US and I could not even fit them in the room. I had to place the big suitcase into the bathroom and a small carry-on suitcase in the actual bedroom. Based on the picture and the single bed, I figured that the room would be small, but not that small. If you’re just traveling with a backpack, it’s probably totally fine or you need to plan ahead when packing so that you have a separate bag just for this hotel stay if it’s just like one night. Overall, I probably would not stay there again as for maybe $5 to $10 more I can book a much nicer property with bigger rooms.

Very very very bad recommendation and service

We payed and booked this hotel 3 months in advance. On our arrival day we received an email saying that de have changed us to another hotel and since payment already have been done, there were no need for additional payment. The new hotel was placed 10 km further from the center of Berlin and was only half price, which Greet Hotel had no interest in paying back. We tried emailing them back, calling them but no response before hours later telling us to come to Greet Hotel. When we arrived they pushed us to a new hotel, but that hotel didn’t have room for us, so we were sent back again, where they finally found our rooms. I cannot recommend this hotel. They handled this very very poorly and didn’t even make a phone call to explain, ask or say sorry!

Pulgas en la habitación, tenían una plaga de pulgas, una infestación de pulgas (bed bugs) en el cuarto, me enviaron a otro hotel. Me di cuenta en la madrugada que me levanté al baño que habían salido las pulgas y estaban por todas partes, bajé a recepción y reclamé, también lo reporté a las autoridades. Pésimo hotel, las pulgas salen en la madrugada, no salen de día.
Pulgas por todas partes, un riesgo muy grande a nuestra salud.
Había una plaga de pulga, fuimos victimas de picaduras
El hotel no era barato y fue una pesadilla horrible

Great location to transport, dining, sites and shopping. Female staff at reception rude and not helpful. Male staff excellent. Beds sag in middle, need update, room large and spacious, bathroom large, but shower small and unable to shave legs (for all those female travelers). Overall good stay and would stay again.
