Clean, location good, restaurant food is fresh and tasty, staff are helpful and friendly. Cleaning staff are efficient and friendly. The breakfast is very nice, lots of selection and you can order from the kitchen too. Laundry on site would be nice. The laundry service is very expensive.

From check in to checking out the service was great. My kids got a soft teddy each that was a great touch and the play area was amazing at the hotel too. Great if you have kids. It is so close to a lot of attractions walkable. There is a u-Bahn near by if you didn’t wanna do too much walking. Breakfast is continental one I enjoyed it. Even my picky child enjoyed the pancakes. The room was clean and spacious for our family of four. Everything you need for a city break away. Thank you to all the staff for making our trip unforgettable.

Good breakfast. Elevator was overcrowded most of the time because one of the elevators never worked and another one was out of service in some ocassions, partially compensated by one additional hour for check out granted by kind staff at the front desk. Not clean, carpets very dirty

Our room was cleaned every day, which we really appreciated. We would also like to thank the staff, as they were very kind to us and gave us a very warm welcome. They even offered a plush toy that our baby can’t live without now. I highly recommend this place.
