Fik først et hæsligt værelse i kælderen, meget mørkt og koldt. Varmen virkede ikke dernede. Fik efter nogle lange diskussioner med receptionisten et nyt værelse, som lå på 2. etage. Det lignede markant mere det jeg havde booket, og var et meget behageligt værelse.

Ich möchte zuerst das positive herausheben: die Möglichkeit von Online Check-in und Check-out sind nachvollziehbar gestaltet und so spart man vor Ort Zeit. Unser Zimmer war groß, hatte einen entsprechend großen Fernseher und ein tolles Bad. Leider fehlte dem Kleiderschrank eine Tür und Bügel. Im Schrank für den Kühlschrank fehlte letztgenanter. Trotz Lage des Zimmers im Keller war es überraschend gemütlich, nur leider war es unter der Lobby gelegen und dadurch sehr laut/hellhörig. Als wir ankamen, wurde uns auch direkt mitgeteilt, wie viel teurer das Hotel in dieser Nacht (aufgrund des Berlin Games) wäre. Ja, das war uns bewusst… Aber was sollte diese Aussage? Das Frühstück hat viele Komponenten geboten. Einige Teile, wie Pommes waren für uns etwas überraschend. Viele Komponenten waren eher arabisch angehaucht. Leider fehlte eine Stunde nach dem Beginn bereits der komplette Saft, der jedoch auf Bitten direkt aufgefüllt wurde. Am Obst/Trockenobst waren auffallend viele Fruchtfliegen.

Das Hotel liegt recht abseits vom Geschehen in einer Art Industriepark, in dem es aber auch ein großes Schulgelände gibt. Ganz fertig war.

Es gab keine Erklärung für die Klimaanlage, der Safe war leider defekt. Dennoch war das Zimmer sehr sauber und ordentlich ausgestattet. Eine Minibar fehlte leider auch die eigenen Getränke konnten leider nicht kalt gestellt werden.

Ein sehr sauberes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Wir waren mit Fahrrad unterwegs und uns wurde für die Räder eine Abstellmöglichkeit geboten. Die Betten waren für uns ideal. Internet funktionierte bei uns ohne Probleme.

Praktisches Hotel für ein-zwei Nächte

Gute Unterkunft für eine Übernachtung in Berlin. Zinmer sind schön und praktisch eingerichtet. WLAN und Getränke (Mineralwasser aus Glasflaschen) sind kostenlos verfügbar.
