“This apartment is very clean, comfortable and has a excellent view. This is located very close from Grindelwald Grund station and Mannlichen Cablecar station. My family had satisfied very much. The office is near Grindelwald station,they drove my family to this house.It maybe take 15~20min from house to Grindelwald by walk. But the fee of cleansing room was too much expensive and they didn't give enough towels. I stayed 4 nights, they gave only 1 bath towel and 1 face towel per a person. Anyway……

“Very bad treatment from the owners. If you arrive early or late you will end up in the street because no one will be in the office to open the apartment or you. The apartment is far away from the office. The neighborhood and the apartment are very bad and weird. They take you money immediately after you book. Then when you come they take something called "cleaning charges" (about 400 Swiss franks / CHF) but they will not clean the apartment daily, because you have to sign on a paper that says……
