It was very clean when we arrived and communication prior to our arrival was good. Street was quiet but close to all attractions. We struggled working the TV at first but got there in the end. My dog loved the garden and the beach which was a stones throw away from the property. Great communication from Kate although we didn’t need to contact her as everything was laid out as instructed. We all had a fantastic time & wished we could have stayed longer!"

"The house is warm and comfortable, perfect if the Welsh weather is not playing ball! The location is perfect - both in terms of the wonderful views but also for visiting the many local attractions. During our week’s stay in April we visited the Zipworlds at Betws-y-coed and Penrhyn Quarry as well as the steam train at Blaenau Ffestiniog and Conwy castle. All within 15-35 minutes drive. Even South Stack at the far end of Anglesey was only an hour away. Bodnant gardens National Trust is only 5...

"By no means a luxury property and still being updated. However, served our group of 10 well. Good access to beach, co-op around the corner, as well as various eateries, walking distance to town center and other stores. We had a couple of questions while there and host was very responsive."

"We were surprised that we had to pay extra for heat in the property by purchasing heat credit. The property had a horrible Mildeu smell, which was present even with the windows open. Inside, it was very tired and very small. There is no way it sleeps five comfortably. The larger bed in the main bedroom was uncomfortable with a worn-out foam mattress. It was so painful that I went outside and slept in my car. Additionally, when I woke up, I had beetles crawling on my feet. After we returned...

"Fresh, clean; décor, furnishings, etc are first class, a real credit to the owners who are also so helpful and obliging. Lovely welcome pack of wine, milk and local goodies is another really lovely touch, though highly calorific! Garden also well well laid out and fully equipped though one small gripe would be lack of privacy where picket fence overlooks 2 neighbouring gardens and vice versa, some screening would be nicer.
