The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way.

It’s a beautiful hotel. As far as amenities ; three’s a kitchenette but no dishes, pots and pan or utensils. It would be helpful if the guests knew that before booking. Also, it was listed that breakfast was included, There is no breakfast included.
The service staff does an amazing job cleaning Ava sanitizing the rooms, they are very helpful and courteous.
I must say the beds are very comfortable. Bathrooms are stocked sufficiently and kept Clean.
I would definitely stay at My Place when I visit Augusta again.
