When we checked in at 3 PM, our room wasn’t even ready. We went to the room with our key card only to find a cleaner still working in the bathroom. The bed sheets weren’t laid, and the pillowcases hadn’t been put on. The front desk didn’t offer to change our room either — they just told us to wait in the hallway with our luggage. When we finally entered the room, we found hair on the pillowcases and discovered there was no shower gel in the bathroom. Luckily, we had brought our own. That day in Paris was very hot, and the room’s air conditioning was broken. We reported it to the front desk. The first time, they said it should be fine now — but nothing changed. I reported it again and asked for a room change, but the staff member responded rudely, even shouting at me and saying there was nothing they could do because the hotel was fully booked. We were forced to endure the heat and couldn’t fall asleep until midnight.This was a truly terrible experience. We will never stay at this hotel again!
