"Nice hotel, but I felt like they nickel and dimed me. $10 a day to park my car in the lot and $4.5O for a small cup of coffee. They do not have free coffee for guests (except what you make in the room), which I found unusual."

"Our room was clean enough. I have some friends in another room with a dirty bathroom. The staff never brought the extra towels we requested. Breakfast was always a mess, and it took a long time for coffee or other stations to be refilled. For the price, I will never stay again"

"I really liked staying here. Everyone was helpful and friendly when checking in and out. The beds are super soft and aren't stiff like most hotel rooms. I also liked that they had popcorn downstairs to take. They also served dinner at 5:30, which was pretty yummy and we got two complimentary drinks with it each. Slept in so I didn't see the breakfast but I'm sure it was just as good. We definitely will be back when we return to Charlotte soon."
