“I had a very disappointing experience staying at this hotel. The service was extremely poor and the staff seemed uninterested in helping guests. The room was not properly cleaned when I checked in — there was dust, the bathroom was not hygienic, and overall maintenance was very bad. Basic facilities that were promised were either missing or not working properly. When we raised concerns with the staff, the response was slow and careless. It felt like guest satisfaction was not a priority at……

“Until fully staffed don’t go!! Gosh, where do I start!!! The staff are lovely but they don’t have enough. The breakfast was nice but lunch and dinner were served after 1 hr. The property is nice but they will count every towel after u leave so don’t leave ur towel in gym or beach. I would never go back to this hotel. But they want to help but they cant. ”

La chambre n’est pas très confortable (pas de chaise ni table pour les petits déjeuners) le dessus de couette pas propre, très bruyante même la nuit. La salle de bain c’est pire même pas de papier WC. Déplus nous avons dû payer les petits déjeuners alors qu’ils étaient annoncés compris.”
