The spacious, sun-drenched, open-plan living area comprises a large living room and dining room, with the kitchen serving as the starting point for capturing breathtaking scenarios. The location is lovely — nice ocean views, very close to small beach, whisper quiet. Generous amenities are provided, the beds are comfortable and it was spotlessly clean. However, it was impossible to get fresh air into the house. The back door has no flyscreen. The screen on the front door has a huge gap, making it ineffective. Three tiny windows in the living room have screens and can be opened. All other windows, including in the bedrooms, are either painted shut or have no screens. For a beach holiday in summer, this was a major discomfort. It has lovely views over to the beach from the kitchen, lounge and bakc deck. Also a short walk into town and to the blow hole. The beds were comfy and shower/bath very good. The only gripe was the ant situation - you can't leave food out or crumbs anywhere without ants coming to find them. My only concern was difficulty in airing the property, as it was pretty musty when I arrived.
