“The staff was amazing, they reached out to me a few days before arrival to ensure someone was available at the time of check-in. This might be a small thing to most, but I really appreciated the free filtered water that they refill for you. Saved us some euros. The hotel is also in a great location, close to the old town. Overall, it was an excellent choice.”

“Apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. You looked into a courtyard of sorts which was quiet at night so you could have the windows open if you chose to. Found the floors to be “creaky” and you could hear footsteps and movement from above. The location was convenient to both the downtown and the “old town”. The on site manager was a great to deal with and helpful. Great communication.”

The location is excellent, very central and convenient for exploring San Sebastián, especially close to the beach and main attractions. However, the room was quite small. Although there was a window, it didn’t offer any view outside, which made the space feel a bit closed and less comfortable. That said, everything else worked well, and the stay was smooth and easy. A good option……

“Excellent property. Close to the beach and great restaurants. Very well equipped accommodation. I especially liked that the sleep area was behind living area which made it easier if someone wanted to go to bed. Lovely balcony. Extremely helpful staff. Had a fantastic time. Sam Sebastián is a very relaxed and enjoyable place to visit”
