This fully equipped duplex apartment with rooftop is looking for tenants to sublet.

Wake up in one of the two luxurious beds, enjoy the start of the day with coffee on a unique roof terrace with a fabulous view, or watch a movie in the evening on the massage chair.



A barbecue evening with the existing Weber gas grill is also possible.



Due to the central location, the paths to the main train station as well as to restaurants and shops are not far.
