Pas de lumière dans les toilettes, les ampoules de lampe de chevet qui tombent toute seule, le sèche cheveux sans bouton avec fils dénudés, qui bien entendu ne fonctionne pas , le serveur du petit déjeuner qui ne vous dit pas un mot......bref déplorable, a fuir!!!! Ne correspond en aucun cas au confort d'un 4 étoiles,aïs vous en payez le prix!¡!!

good location and clean room

AC was not working properly even though I informed them multiple times. No staff to serve at the bar during my whole stay. I checked out one day earlier than my planned stay and they refused to refund the remaining day but I checked out anyway and moved to a nearby hotel.

Overall, it is a good hotel. Good points: reasonable price, large room, and good lobby. the location is closed to the Jewish community, which means closed to the diamonds shop. Negative points: the room is towards the street, so it will be very noisy in the morning. Customer needs to deposit 250 eur with credit card during checkin as guarantee. it is too high for such a room. Due to some technique reasons, my depot is not released during check out. i need to wait for about 20 days to get them back.
