"I had an extremely disappointing experience with Rajgir International Hotel. I booked a room online, but upon arriving, I was shocked to find that they claimed no record of my reservation and refused to provide me with a room. This blatant disregard for my booking left me feeling cheated and frustrated.
The level of unprofessionalism displayed by the hotel staff is unacceptable. Being denied a room after making a reservation is not only a waste of time and effort but also a complete breach of trust. It's disheartening to see a business engage in such fraudulent practices.
I strongly advise against staying at Rajgir International Hotel. Their lack of transparency, coupled with their refusal to honor a valid reservation, suggests that they have no regard for their customers' well-being or satisfaction."
