"Room had no running hot water. After an hour we were told that the boiler was off. Why not make sure before providing it to the guest? The hot tub had mold, chipped off patches and caulking needed everywhere. I stay here once every year. This time it was not as good as last year. "

"The rooms are quite compact and feel cramped for two guests. The property is roughly 1.6 km from Patna Railway Station, rather than the 1 km stated. On the plus side, the rooms are neat and clean."

"The room and the bathroom was clean enough however there was some kind of gaseous smell coming from the bathroom which went away after a couple of hours. Overall a good hotel for overnight and short stays. Since it’s in a mall may get noisy during the day."
