The biggest advantage of this hotel is the location. It is excellent, with Baščaršija, restaurants, cafés and most of the main sights all within easy walking distance. There are plenty of places nearby for breakfast or other meals, and there is also a café just outside the hotel.
The main thing to be aware of is that there is no lift. We were staying on the top floor, so there were quite a lot of stairs to climb up and down every day. This could be difficult for anyone with mobility issues or heavy luggage.
Breakfast is very basic, but it is just about enough to get you going in the morning. I do wish they started serving it a little earlier, especially for guests leaving early on full-day tours.
Despite these small drawbacks, I would still give the hotel 5 stars. The location is hard to beat, the hotel worked very well for our stay, and having so much within walking distance made exploring Sarajevo extremely easy.
