“Terrible person working at the reception. There was a wrong date booked for my stay, one night before I arrived. The man at reception made fun about that and even joked with the 2 guys sitting at the bar, like how stupid I was. I went on chat with Expedia, the lady was polite and helpful, she wanted to solve the problem and called the guy on telephone: he refused to answer the phone!!! I had to walk over and look him in the face to PLEASE answer the phone because the booking center tries o solve……
