“Second time staying. This time the kitchen and balcony looked like they could use a good clean, however the bed was comfy and the view was amazing. Staff as always, were friendly and our dog loved the little toy present they gave her.”

“This property is in an excellent location and equipped with everything you need. The ocean is just 2 mins walk at the end of the street. You can walk to the local shops in less than 10 mins. We booked this house so we could easily walk to the Dawn Service on Anzac Day with my in laws who are older and it was perfectly located for the memorial and the club afterwards. Inside the house, the fenced garden and dog friendly layout (easy to close off back part of house completely to keep dog in main……

“Stayed here over the New Year with my adult kids & partners and my brother and his younger family. Enjoying our meals out on the patio, whilst taking in the views of Montague Island - fantastic. We even had a couple of rainbow lorikeets join us for some fruit. Kitchen was well stocked, with a multitude of cutlery, plates, bowls, cups to choose from. There was also lots of spare sheets and towels, including beach towels for us to use. The owner was very easy to contact when a small issue came……

“Brown carpet and furniture has absorbed years of cigarette smoke, which hits you in the face on opening the door. Dirt, dust, hair visible on and under bunk beds. Kitchen cabinet doors fell off. Dirty dishes in cabinets. Dead and live cockroaches aplenty. Outside deck was lovely.”

Super market cross the road and 2 minutes walk to the beach and 15 minutes drive to Batman bay.”

“3 good sized rooms each with three bathrooms. Great open spaces dining kitchen living space. Beautiful views and elevated to catch the evening breeze. All amenities were adequate. Some house towels plus a better oven would have been good. Great place for family and friends.”
