“Reception staff were exceptionally helpful, but the bathroom did have mould in the shower and the showerhead didn't work the first day, but the reception staff organised a plumber immediately. Also one of toiler paper holders was broken. Whilst the reception staff were fabulous I did not think that I should be reporting faults which should have been picked up by the cleaning staff and reported before the room was occupied. The food and staff at the hotel were excellent.”
