I had the room with the king bed with a sofa. It was very spacious. The bed and pillows were wonderful! I wasn't impressed with the wi-fi. Although we were unable to use it due to our schedule, the pool looked inviting.

The room was very clean. The ac unit in our room was stuck on the coldest setting, I loved it but my husband and daughter were freezing 😜. The breakfast was very good with a nice variety! We would stay here again if we are passing thru! Thank you

Paul the associate that checked us in and handled everything for us was absolutely fantastic! Any issues we had he was very helpful and friendly while also absolving the issue and was very professional an respectful! He definitely is a great assist to this hotel!

Staff was excellent and very polite. They were very prompt when addressing any questions that I have. I was disappointed that you only had 1 elevator working. I tried to get a room on the 1st floor but none were available. the 2nd elevator was broken and so it took a long time to get to the 2nd floor and I have circulation issues in my legs and so taking the stairs was not an option unless it was an emergency. Please get the 2nd elevator fixed asap. Enjoy that your breakfast options for the hot food changed daily from sausage to bacon, etc.
