Events/Parties: NO PARTIES or LARGE EVENTS of any sort are allowed. If you are caught having a party, you will be fined $500. Noise Complaints: Noise must be kept to a minimum, especially between the quiet hours of 9 PM and 8 AM. A $150 fee will be charged if a noise complaint is received. Security Cameras: Any tampering with the outdoor cameras will result in a $150 fee per camera/violation and immediate eviction without a refund. Guest Contact: Refrain from contacting neighbors or the leasing office. Failure to comply will result in the immediate termination of your reservation. Smoking: No smoking or vaping indoors or on the property. A $250 fine will apply for any violations. Lobby Refreshments: Guests are welcome to use the building amenities such as the pool and gym; however, please note that lobby refreshments are monitored by building management and are not available for our guests. Taking advantage of these refreshments will result in a $100 fee. Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Extra guests will incur a $35 fee each. Minors: All guests under 18 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. This includes the use of any amenities. No Pets Allowed: A $200 fine will be applied for any violations. New property The unit was nicely appointed however we were asked to check in later because it was left it such an awful mess they were having trouble cleaning it. It did have a bad smell like a bar, but we burned a candle to help. The apartment building is nice and new and in a good convenient location. My only concern is the bathrooms shower floor is very slippery. I nearly fell. There should be a grab bar and a shelf for guest personal bath items.
