Overall the experience was good. My only issues were that my window ended up facing another building. I didn't mind it too much so it wasn't a huge issue. Just a heads up for others that it may be a possibility. The other issue was that the exhaust in the bathroom runs non-stop. There is no switch to turn it off. It is not connected to the light switch. I only had contact with the staff 2 times. Once at check in, which they were very friendly. The 2nd I had to call to the front desk because the room next to be were being extremely loud at midnight, which the staff handled professionally. I'm not one to complain, so the view and the exhaust were a whatever thing to me. I would definitely book again though.

Great place to stay but you have to get your keys from down the street. Just pay attention to that. Fun place to be in downtown Nauvoo. Also you park in the rear of the property or on the street. That wasn’t clear in the booking.

It was an okay hotel. We were on the first floor and a storm blew up and rain come in our window right above our air conditioner.

Check in process not so good — had to wait over 10 minutes for someone to show up that apparently was on the property in a different location. Breakfast not so good or appetizing.
