Ricardo at the night front desk was friendly and helpful. Also there was a doorman also named Ricardo who was friendly. Stayed with 2 kids so the 2 bedroom suite was perfect for our needs. They also have a playground the kids enjoyed. Right next to Oscar street for food and shopping. Super market 1 block away. Safe area. They have free access to laundry machines also which was convenient.

Room was very spacious and bed was comfy. Room to hall doors could use a softer close. Doors closed really loud due to wood floors I think. Front desk staff were very nice and helpful.

"The hotel was a beautful place to stay But the rudness of the older gentleman was to much telling us where to park our car or or always watching what you do makes you uncomfortable.
