What a fantastic stay in this hotel. From the moment we stepped through the door, we were always greeted with friendly, helpful staff, whether it be answering our queries or just saying a friendly hello as we passed. The services offered were amazing- free tea, coffee, cold water and fruit and the breakfast catered for all tastes. Thank you for a great stay.

Over two hours later I went to reception to let them know that no linens or towels were delivered. the receptionist took me to a storage room ..."
